 Kalkan is only a 10 minute water taxi journey, 5 minute drive by car or 35 minute scenic walk away.

The villas have a large private garage with adjacent steps leading up to the pool terrace area. 

 

A stunning infinity pool overlooks the bay and is surrounded by six sun loungers with parasols.

 

There is a comfortable seating area with a large wicker sofa, two chairs and a table.

 

There is also a more formal dining area with a glass topped dining table and six chairs.

 

Surrounding the terrace are many vibrant shrubs and flowers that lead to a charming garden area at the side of the property.

 

The terrace is also fitted with an outside marble shower and a large stone barbeque.

 

 

Ground floor

 

 

The entrance to the villa leads to a large open plan kitchen/living and dining area with floor to ceiling windows overlooking the pool terrace and offering lovely views of Kalkan.

 

The built in kitchen is fully fitted with a large fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, electric hob and extractor fan. 

 

The living area is furnished with an L-shaped sofa, coffee table and flat screen TV.

 

There is a dining area with a dining table and six chairs.

 

A separate bathroom is on this floor with a WC, wash hand basin and washing machine.

 

The dryer machine is located outside this room. Marble stairs lead to the first floor.

 

 

First floor

 

 

There are two double bedrooms on this floor both containing double beds, two bedside tables, built in wardrobes and floor to ceiling windows that provide breathtaking sea views.

 

Each bedroom is fitted with en-suite shower/wet rooms with glass doors and panels.

 

The slightly larger double bedroom has a separate dressing area with a fitted vanity table and chair.

 

A large outdoor balcony connects the rooms together and both also have a private table and chairs to sit back and enjoy the view.

 

 

Second floor

 

 

The second floor is of identical design to the first floor.

 

Both bedrooms again offer beautiful sea views and are connected by a large outside balcony.

 

 

Third floor

 

 

A large twin bedroom is located on the third floor and is furnished with two twin beds, two bedside tables and a wardrobe.
