Exterior

 

As well as a private infinity pool, private jacuzzi and childrens' pool, Villa Tlos I has a spacious outdoor area. There is a large pool terrace, al-fresco dining area and balconies which are all furnished and enjoy breathtaking sea views out to Kalamar bay and the islands. The rear garden provides a traquil and relaxing area.

 

The villa is equipped with CCTV cameras as well as infra-reds to ensure maximum security at all times.

 

Ground Floor

 

A spacious open plan lounge and kitchen area as well as as a separate dining area, and cloakroom with wc.

 

Sliding doors open out to the exterior lounge with comfortable garden sofas and al-fresco dining area; all under the shade of the pergola.
